1. Who We Are

RoyaTabir is operated by JA BAKU CORP (Operating as RoyaTabir), a company registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada. We provide an AI-powered dream interpretation service through our website at royatabir.com and our mobile apps. 2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Dream descriptions you submit for interpretation
• Personal notes, tags, and titles you add to your dreams
• Language preferences
• Optionally, your gender and age range, only if you choose to share them
• Messages you send us through our contact form or by email

Information collected automatically:

• Technical logs recorded by our hosting provider when you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser or device type, and the time of the request, used for security and troubleshooting
• Sign-in session information managed by our authentication provider

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we do not track you across other websites or apps.

Mobile apps:

• Your sign-in session is stored securely on your device
• We do not collect advertising identifiers or your device contacts, photos, or location

Payment information:

• On the website, payments are handled entirely by Stripe
• In the mobile apps, payments are handled by Apple or Google, and purchases are verified through RevenueCat
• We never see or store your card details. We store only the amount paid, the credits purchased, and a transaction reference for your records

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the RoyaTabir dream interpretation and dream image service
• Personalise your dream images and interpretations using your gender and age range, if you have shared them
• Manage your account and credit balance
• Process and verify payments and maintain purchase records
• Save your dream journal and personal notes
• Remember your language preferences
• Send a welcome email when you sign up, and other messages about the Service
• Respond to your support requests
• Analyse how the Service is used, including patterns in dreams and interpretations over time, using pseudonymised data (without your name or email address), to improve our interpretations and features
• Prevent abuse, for example stopping the welcome credits from being claimed more than once with the same email address, removing credits from refunded purchases, and restricting accounts with repeated refunds or chargebacks
• Respond to Apple when you ask it for a refund of an in-app purchase, by sharing information about your use of the app and your purchase and refund history

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your dream content for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

We may create anonymised, aggregated statistics from the dreams and other information shared with RoyaTabir, for example which dream symbols are most common in a country or at a time of year. These statistics combine information from many users and do not include anything that could identify you, such as your name, email address, account ID, or the text of your dreams. We may use them to improve RoyaTabir, to publish insights and research about dreams, and to share or license them to partners. We never sell, share, or publish your individual dreams or your personal data.

4. Dream Content, Sensitive Information & AI Processing

When you submit a dream, the text is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate the interpretation. If you create a dream image, Anthropic also turns your dream into a short image description, which is sent to fal.ai, our image provider, to create the image. We then add a small RoyaTabir watermark and store the finished image in our own storage, at an unlisted web address. fal.ai keeps the request data for up to 30 days, and its own copy of the original image at an unlisted web address. If you have shared your gender and age range, they are included in what is sent to Anthropic, and in the image description sent to fal.ai, so the dreamer can be shown and interpreted accordingly. You can change or remove them at any time in your account. Dream descriptions and interpretations are stored in our secure database to power your personal journal.

Dreams can reveal sensitive information, such as religious beliefs, health, relationships, or sexual life. You decide what to write. By submitting a dream, you explicitly consent to us processing it, including any sensitive information it contains, for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account. We encourage you not to include names or identifying details of other people.

5. Data Storage & Security

Our main database and file storage are hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Some of our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and our database is encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is limited to what is needed to run the Service.

6. Service Providers

We share data with the following providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Anthropic — AI dream interpretations and image descriptions
• fal.ai — dream image generation and hosting
• Supabase — database and file hosting (accounts, dream journal, credits, purchase records, dream images)
• Vercel — website and server hosting
• Clerk — sign-in and account security
• Google — optional Google sign-in, and Google Play in-app purchases
• Apple — App Store in-app purchases, and information about your use of the app when you ask Apple for a refund
• Stripe — website payments, refunds and disputes
• RevenueCat — verifying in-app purchases and refunds, and answering Apple's refund requests
• Resend — sending emails, including the welcome email and contact form messages
• Zoho — our support email inbox

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. Your browser also stores your language choice and any unfinished dream you are typing, on your own device only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — delete your account yourself at any time from your account page on the website or in the app, or ask us to do it
• Portability — request your dream journal data in a portable format
• Objection — object to certain processing of your data

Contact us at support@royatabir.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Data Retention

• When you delete your account, your dream history, notes, tags, the links to your dream images, and your gender and age range are deleted immediately, and your credit balance is removed
• We keep your email address and account ID after deletion, only to prevent the welcome credits from being claimed again with the same email address
• Dream images stored in our own storage are deleted when you delete your account. Images created before October 4, 2026, and our image provider's original copies, remain at unlisted web addresses that are no longer linked from anywhere once your account is deleted
• Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
• Messages you send through the contact form are delivered to our support inbox and kept for up to 30 days after your request is resolved
• Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period

10. Children's Privacy

RoyaTabir is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. International Users

RoyaTabir serves users globally including Turkey, the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, and beyond. By using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in Canada, Germany, the United States, and the other countries where our service providers operate. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service before it takes effect. Minor changes, such as clarifications or corrections, take effect when posted.
