TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoyaTabir, including the website at royatabir.com and the RoyaTabir mobile apps (together, "the Service"), operated by JA BAKU CORP (Operating as RoyaTabir) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoyaTabir is an AI-powered dream interpretation platform rooted in Islamic and Eastern scholarly traditions. The Service provides dream interpretations, optional AI-generated dream images, personal dream journals, and related features. Interpretations and images are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for reflective and entertainment purposes only.

RoyaTabir does not provide medical, psychological, religious, or spiritual advice. Dream interpretations should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when registering

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service and make purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page on the website or in the app. Deleting your account permanently deletes your dream journal and any unused credits. Deleted credits cannot be restored, transferred, or refunded.

4. Credits and Payments

RoyaTabir operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 4 complimentary welcome credits upon registration, once per email address
• Each dream interpretation uses 1 credit, and each dream image uses 1 credit
• If an interpretation or image fails to generate, the credit used for it is returned to your account automatically
• On the website, credits are purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. Website credit packages: $2 for 8 credits, $5 for 22 credits, $10 for 50 credits, $20 for 110 credits (USD)
• In the mobile apps, credits are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. Those purchases are also subject to Apple's or Google's terms, and prices are set in your local currency by the store, so they may differ from website prices
• Credits have no cash value, do not expire, are non-transferable between accounts, and can only be used within the Service

5. Refund Policy

Credits are digital content that is delivered to your account immediately after purchase. For this reason, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• By completing a purchase, you request immediate delivery of your credits and, where the law allows, acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once the credits have been added to your account
• Used and unused credits are not eligible for refunds
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, and any refund requests for those purchases are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue or process refunds for in-app purchases. When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may ask us for information about your use of the app, such as how long you have used it, whether the purchased credits were used, and your purchase and refund history; you agree that we, through our in-app purchase provider RevenueCat, may share this with Apple for that purpose
• If a purchase is refunded, whether by us, Apple, Google or your bank, we remove the credits from that purchase that are still in your account. Credits you have already used are not taken back
• If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider (a chargeback), we treat it as a refund of that purchase and may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved
• If purchases on your account are refunded or charged back repeatedly, we may restrict your account so that it can no longer buy or use credits. Contact us if you believe this was done in error
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live, for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom
• In the event of a technical error resulting in credits not being added to your account, please contact us through our contact page or at support@royatabir.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RoyaTabir to:

• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the dream descriptions, notes, and tags you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant JA BAKU CORP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit it, including sending it to our service providers such as our AI providers, to operate and provide the Service to you, and, as described in our Privacy Policy, to analyse pseudonymised data to improve the Service and to create anonymised, aggregated statistics that do not identify you. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies we are required to keep by law; anonymised, aggregated statistics already created may be kept, because they cannot be linked back to you. We do not sell Your Content, share or publish your individual dreams, or use Your Content for advertising.

You are responsible for Your Content. Please do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or personal information about other people that they would not want shared.

8. AI-Generated Interpretations and Images

Interpretations and dream images are created by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and similar results may be produced for other users. You may use and share the interpretations and images you create for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The RoyaTabir name, logo, design, and all content created by us are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to JA BAKU CORP (Operating as RoyaTabir).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dream interpretations are AI-generated and for personal reflection only. They do not constitute religious rulings (fatwas) or professional advice of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JA BAKU CORP (Operating as RoyaTabir) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your credits and dream history will be permanently deleted.

13. Mobile Apps

If you downloaded the RoyaTabir app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you downloaded it from Google Play, purchases are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or for providing support for it; please contact us instead.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service before it takes effect. Minor changes, such as clarifications or corrections, take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
